We are committed to accuracy. If we’ve published inaccurate pricing, outdated features, or factually incorrect claims, we want to correct the record.
How to submit a correction:
Email corrections@rangeyourself.com with:
- The URL of the page containing the error
- The specific claim you believe is incorrect
- Supporting evidence (provider website screenshot, official announcement, etc.)
What happens next:
We review all correction requests within 5 business days. If the correction is valid, we will: (1) update the affected page, (2) add a visible correction notice indicating what was changed and when, (3) reply to your email confirming the update. If we disagree with the correction, we’ll explain why.
Pricing corrections:
Provider pricing changes frequently. If you see a price listed differently on a provider’s site, please send us the correction with a screenshot. We treat pricing corrections as high priority and aim to resolve them within 48 hours.
Affiliate disclosure corrections:
If a provider’s affiliate program status has changed (approved, rejected, ended), please let us know. We update affiliate disclosures within 48 hours of confirmation.
All published corrections are noted with a revision date on the affected page.
