How We Rank

Our rankings are based on independently verified data. Providers do not pay for placement. Here’s exactly how we evaluate each category.

GLP-1 Telehealth Providers

We evaluate providers on six criteria:

1. Starting price — The lowest monthly rate advertised publicly, without a promotional code. We note whether this price includes medication or covers membership only.

2. Medication options — Whether the provider offers compounded GLP-1s, brand-name medications (Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound), or both.

3. Consultation type — Async/chat only, video-only, or both. Video consultations generally indicate more clinical oversight.

4. Coaching included — Whether behavioral, nutritional, or lifestyle coaching is bundled into the base price.

5. Insurance support — Whether the provider actively helps navigate insurance coverage for brand-name medications.

6. Lab work requirements — Whether the provider requires lab work before prescribing. We flag this as a differentiator, not a negative — some users specifically want clinical rigor.

Providers are ranked by overall value for the intended use case, not by affiliate commission rate. We note the best use case for each provider so you can self-select the right fit.

Data Verification

All pricing and feature data is pulled directly from each provider’s public-facing website. We record what the site shows to a new visitor without a promo code applied. Data is re-verified monthly and each page shows a “last verified” date.
